Dijmex is opgericht in 1938 en is altijd meer geweest dan zomaar een bedrijf. Als familiebedrijf zijn we een integraal onderdeel van de gemeenschap geworden, waarbij we voortdurend streven naar het stellen van industriestandaarden. Onze slogan, “Green plastics, great plastics”, vat onze toewijding samen om duurzame oplossingen voor de toekomst te ontwikkelen. <\/p>\n

CO2-neutraliteit:<\/strong> We zijn er trots op dat we een CO2-neutrale fabriek hebben voor de productie van plastic compounds, wat onze toewijding aan duurzaamheid benadrukt. Dijmex bereikt tot 90% CO2-reductie in vergelijking met nieuwe kunststoffen. <\/p>\n

Energie-effici\u00ebntie:<\/strong> Onze hele fabriek – van verwarming en koeling tot transportmethoden zoals het gebruik van vorkheftrucks – werkt op elektriciteit. Met de inzet van 1.456 zonnepanelen en onze nog te installeren eigen groene waterstofgenerator zorgen we ervoor dat we op duurzame wijze in onze volledige energiebehoefte voorzien. <\/p>\n

Afvalbeheer en -vermindering:<\/strong> Door robotica in ons magazijn – dat een capaciteit heeft voor 3.000 pallets – zorgen we voor een verdere vermindering van het energieverbruik, in lijn met ons doel om afval te minimaliseren.<\/p>\n

Grondstoffen:<\/strong> Ons streven naar duurzaamheid wordt weerspiegeld in onze selectie van grondstoffen. We gebruiken voornamelijk post-industrieel gerecyclede (PIR) en post-consumer gerecyclede (PCR) materialen, zodat onze producten bijdragen aan een circulaire economie (tot 90% CO2-reductie vergeleken met nieuwe kunststoffen). <\/p>\n

Toekomstgerichte visie:<\/strong> Met onze CO2-neutrale fabriek met een capaciteit van 12.000 ton per jaar – en een potenti\u00eble uitbreiding tot 18.000 ton – zijn we klaar om de wereldmarkt voor bioplastics te leiden. Deze onderneming is een teken van onze toewijding aan het inluiden van een groenere toekomst. <\/p>\n

Certificeringen:<\/strong> Dijmex is trots op haar certificering voor CO2-reductie, ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14001-2015 en VCA 2008\/5.1, een bewijs van onze toewijding aan milieubeheer en uitmuntende kwaliteit. We zijn ook bezig met het behalen van het recyclecertificaat RecyClass, wat ons niet-aflatende streven naar het naleven en overtreffen van industriestandaarden benadrukt. <\/p>\n
