As an Operational Production Manager, you serve as the link between management and employees. You will lead a team of production workers and ensure the production process runs smoothly. The Operations Production Manager manages inventory, monitors and improves processes, and mentors team members. You’ll do this by, among other things, drawing up schedules, resolving issues, and raising employee awareness regarding safety and hygiene.

• • Monitor and adjust production planning;
• • Monitor, analyze, and adjust processes and raw materials;
• Raise your employees’ awareness of issues such as quality, safety, and hygiene;
• Coordinate and motivate your team;
• Monitor and adjust the quality of products and processes;
• Managing inventory;
• The production manager is constantly looking for ways to improve quality and service and to achieve objectives;
• Ensuring product quality;
• Efficiently scheduling employees to ensure proper staffing levels.

• HBO-level work and thinking skills
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills and a high degree of accuracy
• Independent, proactive, and a strong communicator
• Organization-oriented and comfortable working in an SME or growing company
• Integrity, organization, and a focus on solutions
