Role overview
As an HR Employee at Dijmex, you’ll be essential in shaping our workplace culture and ensuring that our employment practices support our staff effectively. You will manage recruitment processes, employee relations, and performance management systems, all while upholding our values of sustainability and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct recruitment efforts to hire qualified candidates that match our company’s ethos and job requirements.
- Manage onboarding processes to ensure new employees have a smooth transition into their roles.
- Handle employee relations and resolve issues that may arise, fostering a positive work environment.
- Administer benefits, payroll, and other HR programs, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies that promote company culture and vision.
- Organize training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and retention.
- Your typical workday will run from 08.00 AM to 5.00 PM.
What we offer
- A salary ranging from €2300 to €2700 gross per month.
- A full-time position of 40 hours per week.
- 24 vacation days per year.
