Role overview
Join our team as a Process Operator in the extrusion department, where you will play a key role in recycling plastics. You will operate and monitor machines that melt down recycled products, ensuring that the end product meets our high quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and adjust machines for optimal performance.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure product integrity.
- Maintain and troubleshoot machinery to prevent and resolve issues.
- Collaborate on initiatives to improve production processes.
- You will be responsible for the machinery and the quality of the output throughout your shift, which currently runs from 08.00 AM to 5.00 PM. Future shifts may vary as we plan to introduce a two-shift system, potentially extending working hours from 06.00 AM to 10.00 PM.
What we offer
- A salary ranging from €2300 to €2700 gross per month
- A full-time position of 40 hours per week.
- 24 vacation days per year.

What we are looking for
We seek a team member who is eager to contribute to environmental sustainability, can work independently, and has a genuine interest in machine operation. You should be responsible and handle machinery with care. Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
